Notes

General Information: Housekeeping Service

For new bookings effective 3/15/09, this property will no longer offer daily maid service. For stays of 7 nights or longer, there will be mid-stay housekeeping service including linen/towel change, vacuuming and cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, additional housekeeping service may be purchased at a minimum cost. Extra towels and linens will be provided to each unit prior to check in and guests may request replenishment of bath amenities at any time. There will be a small charge for replenishment of linenstowels.

Family

Children 17 or under stay free with parents and existing bedding, subject to the maximum persons allowed per unit size

Policy

Castle cxl policy: For high/low seasons any cancellation within 7 days of arrival or any no shows or early checkouts will be assessed two (2) nights plus tax. Holiday season(12/25/09-1/3/10): Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival or any no shows or early checkouts will be assessed two(2) nights plus tax. If any portion of a confirmed reservation falls in the holiday season the holiday season penalty applies.
