Mandatory daily Facilities Fee of $10.00+tax/room includes daily parking, daily use of in room safe, unlimited local calls and long distance access charge, daily use of fitness center, discounted rates at day spa, wireless internet access (with use of own laptop). Facilities fee is payable directly to the property.

Kids 17 and under stay free with parents and existing bedding. 1 crib will be provided at no charge. Kids 12 and younger receive free admissions at top attractions,free meals at selected popular family restaurants and free merchandise.Complimentary amenity for kids age 12 and under upon check in

2-for-one Luau: Book a 5 night stay in any category and receive one certificate per room for one free luau ticket when a second ticket is purchased ($89 value). Not available with Hawaii Saver Rates.

ResortQuest reserves the right to refuse to rent any unit to guests under age 25.

Complimentary "Aloha Book" (hundreds of dollars in savings on meals, shopping and golf) will be presented to guests upon check-in.

ResortQuest cxl policy: any cxl made for reservations within 3 days of check in or no shows or early check outs will be assessed a two (2) night cancellation charge. Yearend Period: 12/22/08-1/1/09, any cancellation within 30 days of arrival day or any noshows or early checkouts will be assessed a 2 night plus tax penalty. This penalty applies if any portion of the reservation falls within the holiday time period.
