General Information:  Check in
Front desk is open daily from 7AM-8PM. When guests arrive on the property, dial 169 on the key pad to call the front desk. Front desk will open the gate and guests will be directed where to park and check in. Guests arriving after 8PM should dial 180 on the key pad to receive instructions from the manager on duty.
Family:  ResortQuest Kids-Stay,Play,Eat Free Program
Kids 17 and under stay free with parents and existing bedding. Kids 12 and younger receive free admissions at top attractions,free meals at selected popular family restaurants and free merchandise.
Complimentary
2-for-one Luau: Book a 5 night stay in any category and receive one certificate per room for one free luau ticket when a second ticket is purchased ($72 value). Not available with Hawaii Saver Rates

Policy
ResortQuest cxl policy: any cxl made for reservations within 3 days of check in or no shows or early check outs will be assessed a two (2) night cancellation charge. Yearend Period: 12/24/08-1/1/09, any cancellation within 30 days of arrival day or any noshows or early checkouts will be assessed a 2 night plus tax penalty. This penalty applies if any portion of the reservation falls within the holiday time period.
