Kids 17 and under stay free with parents and existing bedding. One rollaway or one crib will be provided at no charge. Kids 12 and younger receive free admissions at top attractions,free meals at selected popular family restaurants and free merchandise.

Policy

ResortQuest cxl policy: any cxl made for reservations within 3 days of check in or no shows or early check outs will be assessed a two (2) night cancellation charge. Yearend Period: 12/24/08-1/1/09, any cancellation within 30 days of arrival day or any noshows or early checkouts will be assessed a 2 night plus tax penalty. This penalty applies if any portion of the reservation falls within the holiday time period.
