Policy

ResortQuest cxl policy: any cxl made for reservations within 3 days of check in or no shows or early check outs will be assessed a two (2) night cancellation charge. Yearend Period: 12/24/08-1/1/09, any cancellation within 30 days of arrival day or any noshows or early checkouts will be assessed a 2 night plus tax penalty. This penalty applies if any portion of the reservation falls within the holiday time period.
