Policy

Castle cxl policy: For high/low seasons any cancellation within 3 days of arrival or any no shows or early checkouts will be assessed one (1) night plus tax. Holiday season(12/22/08-1/3/09) Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival or any no shows or early checkouts will be assessed two(2) nights plus tax. If any portion of a confirmed reservation falls in the holiday season the holiday season penalty applies.
