General Information: Resort Fee

A mandatory resort fee of $20/room/day will be charged directly by the resort. This fee covers local calls, long distance access, in room coffee and tea, in room safe, newspaper, self parking, 1 hr tennis court use, 1 hr snorkel equipment for 2 people daily and high speed cable and wireless internet service, incoming faxes.

General Information: Maximum occupancy

Maximum of 3 persons in a King bedded room, 4 persons in Queen/Queen bedded room. Rollaways are subject to availability, must be requested at time of confirmation, and are allowed in King bedded rooms only

Family

Children 17 and under stay free with parents and existing bedding

Guaranteed connecting rooms arevailable on request. A Guarantee Surcharge of $40 per night will be collected upon checkout.

Policy

Turtle Bay cxl,no-show and early checkout policy; For reservations through 12/19/08, Any cancel made within 72 hours of checkin or no-show- penalty is one night plus tax. Early checkout penalty is one night + tax. For reservations between 12/20/08-1/3/09 cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to full penalty.
