General Information:
Resort FeeAn mandatory resort fee of $18 (tax inclusive) per day is paid directly to the hotel. This fee covers local phone calls and toll free access, in room safe, self parking, daily newspaper, in room bottled water and coffee, incoming faxes, 1 hr tennis court time per day, daily fitness center access wellness classes, merchandise and internet usage discounts. Resort fee is not applied to the 2nd room with Family Plan reservations. General Information:

GOLD PASSPORT PROGRAMReceive 1000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each paid night of stay. Also receive 5 Gold Passport points for every U.S. dollar spent for eligible expenses while at the hotel. You may indicate your Gold Passport number when making reservation or may present membership card at check-in. PolicyHyatt Resorts cancellation and change policy: Any cancellations,no shows and/or any changes to existing reservations within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed a one night plus tax penalty fee. For holiday season, 12/25/10-1/3/11, cancellations received after 12/1/10, and no shows, will be charged a 2 night+tax cancellation fee.
Hyatt Resorts early check out policy: Guest must tell hotel upon check-in that they will check out early. If they do not, the guest will be charged a fee of 1 night+tax at 50% . (For the holiday season, 12/25/10-1/3/11, the guest will be charged for the remainder of the stay, up to 2 nights. ) If the resort is sold out over dates, there will be no changes allowed to the reservation. |
