Cancellation of confirmed reservations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 1 night+tax penalty. For travel between 12/19/07-1/4/08 and 2/1/08-2/29/08 arrival will a 2 night+tax penalty. Any no shows will be charged for the entire reservation
