General Information: Split Season and Promos

For reservations commencing in one season and overlapping into another season during the guest's stay, the corresponding rate for each season will apply. In addition, these rates/offers must be available for the entire dates of stay in order to qualify.

General Information: Resort Fee

A mandatory resort fee of $25+tax per room per day will be charged directly to guest by the hotel. This covers daily self parking, local calls, toll free call access up to 60 minutes, in-room high speed internet access, wireless internet access in public areas, daily cultural activities, intro scuba and snorkel lessons, free shuttle to Lahaina and between the 3 Starwood Maui resorts, free meals for kids age 12 and under from Kids menu at Kekaa Terrace with paying adult. Fee and inclusions subject to change.

General Information: Stay at One, Dine at All

Guests staying at any of the 3 Starwood properties on Maui (Sheraton Maui, Westin Maui, Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas) can enjoy beachfront facilities, restaurants, bars, spa, golf and sign charges back to their room. Pool privileges are not included in this program

Family: Kids Eat Free

Children under age 5 eat free, and those age 6-12 receive 50% off regular menu. One child per paying adult per room. May combine with all promos.

Family

Children under 18 stay free when occupying the same room as parents. If additional bedding is required(rollaway), the additional adult charge is applicable.

Policy

Starwood Cancellation Policy: Regular season: Any confirmed reservation not cancelled within 72 hrs of arrival and any no-shows will be charged with one (1) night plus tax. Holiday season: Cancellations received after 10/31/10 for stays including 12/26/10-1/3/11 will receive a 2 night penalty. Guests may change their departure date upon arrival but an early departure charge of 1 night+tax will be charged if there is no notification
