Rates do not include prepaid gas option, refueling service charges, loss damage waiver ('LDW"), personal accident insurance ("PAI"), personal effects protection ("PEP"), additional liability insurance ("ALI"), local taxes, government surcharges, airport concession fees, drop-off charges, any applicable charges for additional drivers or drivers under 25, the cost to upgrade to a higher car class and any other optional charges. The charges for the foregoing items are payable by the customer when the vehicle is returned. A valid credit card in renter's name is required- no cash deposits accepted. Minimum age 21. If under 25 an underage surcharge of $10 per day plus tax will apply (pd direct) and there is only one driver per car allowed under 25. Minimum rental period is one day. Weekly rates can be split between islands except Molokai Please note: Budget works on a "24-hour clock" and allows a 54 minute grace period for returns. Example: car is picked up at Noon on 12/1. The rental is for 4 days. If it is not returned by 12:54 on 12/5 extra fees will pile up; in many cases the extra few hours cost more than an extra day. We will only make full day rental arrangements; all other extra time will be paid for directly to Budget by renter. Budget will charge $3 per day road tax and all surcharges directly to the customer (all companies do it.) Car seats are required by law in Hawaii for children under 3 years and are $5/day plus tax.

Changes/ Cxls: All reservations will be made and confirmed by HelloHawaii through Classic Aloha Vacations. Pre-Paid Vouchers are not necessary but the reservation number must be presented at time of rental by customer and the rental paid for in advance by Agency. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be a one day no-show penalty charged.

Renters pay these fees directly to Budget: State Surcharge Tax: $3/day Concession fees: 11.11% on Oahu, 8.10% other islands. Vehicle License fee: $0.14-0.42 per day Additional driver surcharge: $25+tax/rental 21-24 yrs: $10+tax/day Car seats $7+tax/day,$35+tax/wk with maximum of $50+tax/rental.
